The HCVFEMSA is made up of 12 volunteer fire and EMS companies located throughout the county. Membership at your local volunteer fire and EMS company provides many benefits to you and your neighbors. Training in the emergency response field (fire, rescue, haz-mat, and EMS) is provided free of charge to volunteer fire and EMS company members. Members of Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association companies also perform a large number of services to support the emergency response personnel and to deliver fire and EMS safety and awareness programs in the communities of Harford County.
